BUYING A GIFT CARD

You can buy a Diesel gift card from Diesel monobrand stores and outlets in your own country or online from the diesel.com website.

USAGE

Diesel gift cards purchased or issued in Diesel monobrand stores and outlets or online from the diesel.com website can be redeemed in the country in which they were purchased or on the diesel.com website exclusively in the country in which the card was issued.

To redeem the gift card on diesel.com:

1. Click in the box next to "Do you have a gift card?" during the payment process
2. Enter your gift card number and PIN and click on "APPLY". Your PIN can be found on the back of your gift card.
3. The total order amount will be deducted from your gift card balance.

If the Diesel gift card used does not cover the total value of the order, you can use one of the payment methods available to pay the difference.

You cannot use more than one Diesel gift card in the same order. Please contact customer services for help if you want to buy something using more than one Diesel gift card.

The Giftcard cannot be exchanged or returned.

ACTIVATING A GIFT CARD AND AVAILABLE BALANCE

Physical Diesel gift cards that are sent in the post are already activated and ready to use. Physical Diesel gift cards purchased at a monobrand store or outlet are activated when you buy them.

Electronic Diesel gift cards that are sent by email are already activated and ready to use. We recommend saving the email containing the electronic information for the Diesel gift card so you can access the details.

Diesel gift cards can be loaded with up to 1500 EUR.

You cannot add more money to a gift card once it has been activated. However, you can buy a new one at any time.

You can check how much money is left on a Diesel gift card in a store or online in the section "Check your balance" by entering your card number and PIN code. If you are a registered user, you can also check your remaining balance in the dedicated area of your account.

Diesel gift cards are valid for 5 years from their issue date.

REFUNDS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED USING A GIFT CARD

If you want to return an item that was purchased with a Diesel gift card, the refund amount will be loaded on to a new physical Diesel gift card for instore purchases, or on to a digital Diesel gift card for online purchases.

If a product purchased with a Diesel gift card and another method of payment is returned, the refund will first be made by crediting the amount to a new gift card. The remaining balance will be refunded to the second method of payment.

LOST GIFT CARDS

Once a gift card has been delivered or receipt has been acknowledged, and it has been activated, Diesel does not accept any responsibility for any lost, stolen, damaged or misused Diesel gift cards.

CANCELLATION

Diesel reserves the right to reject, cancel or suspend Diesel gift cards and orders if deemed necessary, for example in the event of suspected fraud, if a Diesel gift card has been issued in error with an incorrect name or for other breaches of the gift card policy.
